Much like the economy, The Bionomics Institute itself has moved on to the
next phase of its evolution. In non-metaphorical terms, this means that
Institute President and Bionomics author Michael Rothschild, and Institute
Executive Director Steve Gibson, are focused full-time on the software development company, Maxager
Technology, Inc. Michael Rothschild started in 1996. Formerly named, Applied
Bionomics, Inc., Maxager Technology (www.maxager.com) is turning bionomic
principles into action inside major manufacturing organizations worldwide.
By creating software which facilitates organization learning and cost
reduction, Maxager is proving out bionomic theory in the 'real world"
economy.
