Mr. Lynch initiated a revolution getting people and computers to communicate by founding the worldwide INTEROP Conferences and Exhibitions. Mr. Lynch coined the term, "interoperability," which is now the driving force behind one of the high technology industry's fastest growing markets: network computing.

Ms. Huffington is a member of several geological and petroleum societies, including the American Association of Petroleum Geologists, the Geological Society of America, and the American Association of Petroleum Geologists Foundation. Ms. Huffington is also involved in numerous civic activities, including serving on the President's Council of the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center.

He was a co-founder of Autodesk, Inc. and served as a member of its Board of Directors and as a Vice President for sales, marketing, and support. His volunteer resume is filled with years of service to "offset the damages done to the citizens of the nation . . . by Congress" working on issues relating to individual liberty.

Globalvest Management Company LP is a registered investment advisor and offers investment management and advisory services to qualified U.S. investors, pension funds and other institutions.
Mr. King has spent virtually his entire career in the oil and gas business, during which time he drilled over 1,000 wells, principally in the Texas/Louisiana Gulf Coast area. He is currently a member of the All-American Wildcatters organization and serves on the Executive Committee of the Texas Mid-Continent Oil and Gas Association. Mr. King is past Chairman of Presbyterian School Board of Trustees, a member of the Executive Committee of the Methodist Hospital Board of Directors, and a Director and former President of the Development Board of the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.

In 1981 Melton founded VeriFone, Inc., the transaction automation company that has made credit authorization terminals ubiquitous on retail merchant counters. He stills serves on the board of directors. Mr. Melton also is a member of the board of directors of America OnLine. He holds a master's degree in Asian Studies and Chinese philosophy.
