Mr. Levine has been involved with developing content for media for many years. His company, James Levine Communications, is an editorial development and literary agency that develops books, software, audio, video, and other creative projects. He is a writer himself authoring six books and submitting articles for journals such as Good Housekeeping, McCall's, Ms., Parents, and Psychology Today. He has also started a series of non-profit groups from Massachusetts' first comprehensive child care system in the state's second largest public housing project to the Fatherhood Project in 1981.
Mr. Levine is a Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude recipient from Amherst College and has received his doctorate from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.

Mr. Levy is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Paper Group Holding, Inc. In the last 30 years, Mr. Levy has started up or purchased numerous companies in the paper and corrugated box industry. In addition, he has assisted in building, financing, and operating the real estate properties of his companies in many major cities, including Houston, Dallas, Chicago, Denver, and Minneapolis. He has been very active in sports and community activities, including working on the planning and funding of the 1984 Olympic Games in Los Angeles.

Mr. McMurtry is the General Partner of Institutional Venture Associates and also the General Partner of Technology Venture Investors, which manages $270 million in four funds and focuses on start-up investments in electronic technology companies in the Western United States. He was an active researcher in laser research while working for his Ph.D in Electrical Engineering at Stanford and received numerous awards, among them, the Alfred Nobel Prize (awarded by 5 engineering societies) in 1964 and fellowship in the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) in 1969.
Mr. Millard is a Silicon Valley entrepreneur and Vice President and co-founder of Metricom, Inc., Los Gatos, California. He is concurrently an officer of Com21, Inc. Since 1982 he has been active in the telecommunications industry and has co-founded a number of public companies including Telebit, Equatorial Communications, Packet Technologies, and Metricom, Inc., a leader in wireless comunications. He holds a B.S. from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a MBA from the Kellogg School, Northwestern University.
Arthur C. Patterson
Mr. Patterson is a venture capitalist with a broad background in investment management and corporate development. In recent years, Mr. Patterson has concentrated on the software industry. Mr. Patterson has served in the U.S. Treasury Department working on international monetary and trade policy. He is a Director and past President of the Western Association of Venture Capitalists and a Director of the National Venture Capital Association.
