Deborah M. Gordon
Dr. Gordon holds a Ph.D. in Zoology from Duke University, an M.S. in Biology from Stanford University and a B.A. in French, with honors, from Oberlin College. Her public speaking engagements, lectures and professional publications on the social and functional behavior of ants fills several lengthy pages. Dr. Gordon has worked at Oxford University in the Centre for Mathematical Biology and as research associate at the Lady Margaret Hall. She was also a research associate at the Centre for Population Biology, Imperial College at Silwood Park, UK. She is currently working as an Assistant Professor at Stanford University where she continues her research in behaviorial science with ants.
